Melting Pots

For as long as I remember, my mother is always burning up things in the kitchen.

She will cook something, then promptly forget it as she goes about her other chores. Sometimes, she'd decide to heat up something, then decide to mop the floor and then a full hour later, return to the kitchen to find nothing but a charred pot.

Today, she decided to sterilize Bingyang's bottle. She told me she reminded herself to remember. But guess what? She forgot, went to the market and ended up melting the bottle into nothingness.....
