Happy Lunar New Year !!!

I've decided that I really like Chinese New Year. The reunion dinner, the family gatherings, the angpows, the festivities, the fireworks, gambling. It's not in sequence but if it was, in chronological order, it would be the following (at least for me):

Sweets (between age 0 - 3.5)
Angpow (between age 3.5 - 15)
Gambling (between age 8 - 80)
Fireworks (between age 21 - 29 & age 36 - 88)
Family (between age 24 - 99)

Btw, your PaPa got this suit for you from Beijing this week. You look very good in it!

The year two thousand and five

50 posts in the past year and only starting from April. That's already more than 1 blog a week! Have been quiet for a couple of weeks and boy does it feel like it's been a few months instead.

2005 has been an impossibly busy year for me and for you as well.

In 2005, I gathered you doubled your weight, grew 20cm longer, learnt to sit, crawl, stand and then walk, spoke your first words, cried 500 times, poo-ed at least 700 times, used up at least 1,500 diapers ($600), drank about 7,300 oz of milk and got many more hugs and kisses than the number of hairs you have on your head.

I've never had such an exhausting but fulfilling year in my life!
