Sunday Diet

Breakfast
"Want Milk?" "No!"
3 pieces of chwee kueh + 1 small cup of Milo

Snack
3/4 NZ Fuji apple + 1/2 cup of Strawberry Yoplait petit miam yogurt

Lunch
1 bowl of porridge with cod fish + 1/3 corn on the cob with beetroot soup
and "I Want RAISINS!"... so a 15g pack of Del Monte sun dried raisins

Mid Afternoon
7 ounces of milk given but only drank 3 before we got to the beach.

Dinner
Porridge with sweet & sour pork and lap cheong omelette and about half a dozen Glico chocolate pocky sticks.

2am
8 ounces of milk
