Multi-tasking

How can anyone mess up the house by half-finishing housework? Sent you to school this morning, came home and cleared up most of the laundry (accumulated whilst I was away) , putting dirty ones in the washing machine, those cleaned but still damp in the dryer, folding the ones that are clean & dry and ironing the ones that needed ironing.

Then, rush out to pick you up. Went to IKEA for lunch - quite pleasant without the weekend crowds - and came home. Kept some of the ironed clothes, some of the folded ones too, before deciding that you need to nap. So, read you some books, sang you some songs, told you some stories and patted you to sleep.

Then, sat down to see if I have any more emails to clear and guess what? The Big One says, "Why you do everything halfway? (i.e there are still clothes in the washing machine, dryer, couch and window grill) The house is now so messy!"

I'm ready to go for the kill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
