Just imagine. How much space you need for your toilet bowl. 4 sqft? @$3k/sqft, that's $12K for that toilet bowl! And if you have a maid, she will have to sleep standing up. Just hang her on a hook behind the store, unless you are generous enough to provide a 5X2ft ~ $30k bunk bed space.
