I haven't found out what "Hoo-Har-Hood" means but the sound of it seems to delight you so much so you repeat it nonstop to yourself and demand that I do too.
"Ohmpah", the other word you made up, means kissing with the mouth open and leaving very, very, very wet patches behind.
